Yes. DOCX templates are uploaded and managed in settings, with placeholder replacement and version control.

Do workers need the app?

The portal works on mobile and in a browser. Packs can also be downloaded as PDFs where a client requires them.

What about documents the client provides?

Client-specific documents can be added to the pack scope so they are always included for that client.

Can we prove what was sent?

Yes. Each generated document records the template version, the data used and a content hash, with full audit history.

Emailing a zip of documents is how most mobilisation packs are still issued. It is quick for the sender and familiar for the recipient. The difficulty is knowing later exactly which version of which document was sent, to whom, and whether it was ever returned.

In the email process, a coordinator assembles attachments from folders, adjusts them for the country and client, and sends them. Returns arrive as replies and are refiled.

Digital mobilisation packs are assembled by rules: country, client, project or organisation defaults decide which templates apply, placeholders are filled from the record and the pack is issued to the worker portal.
