Terms of Service
The commercial agreement between your organisation and CrewFlow covering subscriptions, acceptable use, uptime and liability.
Version —
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to CrewFlow (the "Platform"), operated by the Platform provider named in your order form. Where a signed order form or master services agreement exists, that document prevails on conflict.
By creating an organisation you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation and accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Subscriptions and trials
New organisations receive a 14 day trial. At the end of the trial a paid subscription is required to continue using operational features; read-only access to your own data and data export remain available.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period selected until cancelled. Seat counts are billed on the number of active members and outstanding invitations in your organisation.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload worker documents you have no lawful basis to process;
- attempt to access data belonging to another organisation;
- reverse engineer, resell or white-label the Platform without written agreement;
- use the Platform to store special category data beyond what is required for labour compliance.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. CrewFlow processes it only to provide the service, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
You may export your organisation's data at any time from Settings, and you may request deletion. Deletion is irreversible after the cooling-off period stated in the request.
5. Availability and support
CrewFlow targets 99.5% monthly availability excluding scheduled maintenance. Planned maintenance is announced in-app at least 48 hours in advance where practical.
Support is provided by email during business hours in the Republic of Ireland. Security incidents are triaged immediately.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewFlow's aggregate liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in that period. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. CrewFlow may suspend access immediately for non-payment or serious breach of the acceptable use rules, having given notice where practical.
Following termination your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with the retention settings on your organisation.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
