These keep you signed in and protect the service. They cannot be switched off because the Platform will not function without them.

• Authentication session token, stored in your browser by our authentication provider.
• Your cookie preference, so we do not ask again on every visit.
• Table layouts, saved views and other interface preferences you set yourself.

2. Analytics

Optional. Aggregated, first-party product analytics helping us understand which screens are used and where workflows stall. No workforce data is included in analytics events.

3. Marketing

Optional and currently unused. If we introduce marketing cookies we will ask again before setting them.

4. Changing your mind

You can reopen the cookie preferences at any time from the footer of the public site or from Settings. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately and clears any optional storage.
