Do we have to stop using Excel?

No. Most customers keep Excel for modelling and reporting. CrewFlow becomes the operational record and exports cleanly to CSV and Excel.

Can we import our existing spreadsheets?

Yes. Workers, projects, clients and rates can be imported from spreadsheets during onboarding, and the setup wizard walks through the sequence.

Is CrewFlow harder to use than a spreadsheet?

Individual tasks are more guided and therefore more constrained. That constraint is the point: it is what prevents a worker mobilising without valid documents.

What happens to our historical data?

Historical assignments, rates and documents can be loaded so reporting spans the period before go-live.
