About
Built by people who have mobilised workforces
CrewFlow exists because the people who built it spent years mobilising skilled labour across Europe with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, email chains and paper timesheets — and knew there had to be a system for it.
Our mission
Moving skilled people to where the work is should be the easiest part of delivering a project. In reality it is the hardest: documents expire, posting rules differ by country, crews change weekly, and the cost of a single missing certificate can be a worker turned away at the gate.
CrewFlow's mission is to make workforce mobilisation a system, not a scramble. One platform where a project is planned, a crew is mobilised, compliance is proven, work is captured, and the invoice writes itself from what actually happened.
We build for European workforce operations — cross-border, multi-client and compliance-heavy — and we build in the open with an API, webhooks and exports so customers are never locked in.
Operational truth
The platform must reflect what is actually happening on site today, not what a report said last week.
Compliance is not admin
Documents, expiries and posting rules are operational data, and they belong in the workflow.
Evidence over trust
Every action is audited at the database level, because customers must be able to prove what happened.
Built for scale
Multi-tenant from the first line of code: thousands of organisations, tens of thousands of workers.
Where we're going
From workforce management to operational intelligence
CrewFlow already tells operations teams what needs attention, what is likely to become a problem and what it can automate. The next chapters extend that intelligence across planning, cost and client delivery.
